"This office has been a nightmare for me so I advise everyone to find another agent to deal with . Cheryl Stewart is very unprofessional and uses retaliation if you complain about your service. You never talk to her and you never get a clear response. I had to contact other offices even corporate office to address my concerns. Although they made excuses for her I will not allow any retaliatory behavior from any company. Stay clear .. find another office. I will be voicing another complain due to this office trying to put false claims on my file. I have had enough."

"In August of 2025, I needed to add a new driver to our policy and there were several forms of additional paperwork needed to receive student discounts and such. Karina Martinez was A grade in assisting me in this process and again I have nothing but good things to say about this agency and Karina. Very responsive to my communications. In 2020, I needed to file both an auto claim and a roofing hail claim. Both situations were corrected without any issues and I have only great things to say about the Cheryl Stewart agency, Christi Trevino and State Farm. Christi is the Best because she is extremely knowledgeable, accessible, proactive, responsive and accurate. It's not my first rodeo in working with insurance companies and having someone like Christi a phone call away provides a level of peace that is extremely rare."
